Orders ship worldwide, tracked and insured
Where is my order? Every portrait ships tracked. The tracking number reaches you by email when the piece leaves the workshop, usually within three working days of your payment.
It arrived damaged. Send two photos of the piece and one of the box. A replacement or a full refund follows, at no cost to you.
